Intern: Governance Framework & Website Implementation Projects


We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Intern for to work on our governance and website redesign projects. Ideally, the candidate shall have strong linguistic & writing skills and good knowledge in handling administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Assist with the drafting of the company’s governance reports ▪ Data gathering from various departments and sources ▪ Conduct research and benchmarking of best practices as required ▪ Assist the Risk, Reporting & Compliance department with the governance project and its action plan ▪ Assist with the follow up and coordination of the website redesign project ▪ Review and editing of website content in 3 languages Candidate Profile & Requirements: ▪ Final year master student or fresh graduate from a leading university ▪ Strong research and writing skills ▪ Excellent levels of English, Arabic and French both orally and in writing. ▪ Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills ▪ Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation & interpersonal skills ▪ Good knowledge & proficiency in MS Office tools. Finance Officer


We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Finance Officer for our finance department. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of financial tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Carry out regular update of physical assets register ▪ Conduct annual assets inventory ▪ Carry out the review and analysis of hotel monthly performance (GOP) and KPIs (P&L) ▪ Carry out regular follow-up of CAPEX/OPEX execution and budget ▪ Conduct monthly and annual cash inventory ▪ Provide other financial and administrative support as required. Candidate Profile & Requirements: ▪ University degree at bachelor level in Accounting or Finance ▪ 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or financial control ▪ Proven experience in hospitality sector would be an advantage ▪ Good knowledge of Tunisian GAAP & IFRS ▪ Good use of reporting tools and accounting software (Oracle, SAP, Sage, Arabsoft or any other ERP) ▪ Excellent presentation and communication skills ▪ Excellent oral and written level in French and Arabic. Legal Intern


We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Legal Intern for our legal department. Ideally, the candidate shall have basic knowledge in handling legal & administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Assist with the preparation of legal documents as needed for Ekuity Capital & its affiliates in accordance with legislation & regulations in force. ▪ Analyze/ Organize pre-litigation and litigation files. ▪ Ensure that legal administrative procedures are carried out in a timely manner. ▪ Liaise with relevant departments on legal matters ▪ Classify the legal archives and maintain the documentation. ▪ Perform legal research as required. ▪ Update/ Monitor the legal data base. Candidate Profile & Requirements: ▪ Recently graduated in law from a leading university (Holder of a license in Private Law). ▪ Theoretical knowledge in private law. ▪ Previous legal experience or internship would be a plus. ▪ Knowledge of Tunisian regulatory law. ▪ Knowledge of corporate law regulations and procedures. ▪ Good organizational skills and logical analysis. ▪ Ability to draft legal acts. ▪ Excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal skills and relationship management skills. ▪ Excellent levels of Arabic and French both orally and in writing & good level of English. ▪ Good knowledge & proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
